May 20 - What a Difference a Couple of Months Makes!

Actually, it's been almost 3 months since I last posted here... oops! But here's the good news... I've lost 24 pounds since I started this journey! Yay me!
I won't say it's been easy, and it's certainly taken a long time, but it has happened. I've watched what I eat closely, exercised hard and long and the pounds have oh so slowly melted away, usually at a rate of 1 to 1.5 pounds per week.
I'm still 27 pounds away from my goal weight, but I look and feel so much better than I did back in January. I've dropped a size in my clothing and I feel like I actually am starting to look semi-attractive again.
I'm more energetic, stronger and overall just healthier.
The hard part is to keep this momentum going, and that's something I'm definitely struggling with a bit at present. But I'm confident I'll get there... I still want to be at 110# in time for my daughter's wedding in October.
